Paxton 為有機和生物動力釀造方面的先驅者，Jones 葡萄園擁有 55 年希拉和卡本內，並以優質希拉紅酒聞名，Thomas 葡萄園擁有 136 年樹齡的老藤，種植於 1887 年。
The vines at the Paxton Jones vineyard are 55 year old shiraz and cabernet and Paxton’s Thomas vineyard boasts vines on their original root stock at 136 years old, planted in 1887.

On the east coast of Australia Tamburlaine Winery produce an amazing range of wines that deliver strong and consistent flavours. Red wine style is often juicy expression with soft smooth tannins and subtle oak which reflects the east coast style.

The birthplace of Australian wine production is the Hunter ValIey and it is a joy to present Krinklewood to Taiwan. Such elegant style wines with the Hunter Valley trademark of strong acidity whites.

Rivers Lane 葡萄園原本是一片肥沃的鴯鶓養殖場。酒莊經營者決定將這片佔地 5.5 公頃的土地改造成專業的希拉葡萄園。致力於在這片優質的土地上，釀造出純正典型的南澳大利亞希拉葡萄酒。
Rivers Lane vineyard is a boutique micro winery on their 5.5ha property. A decision was made to transform the rich fertile acreage from what was previously an emu breeding farm to a premium Shiraz specialty vineyard, to create genuine typical South Australian Shiraz.

We are really talking hands on at CRFT winery with a minimal intervention philosophy.
Wild yeast ferments, hand plunging to increase oxygen and minimal filtering is normal every day business at CRFT with their story from vine to glass.
